**Duties**:
The PMO provides program and acquisition management for systems and capabilities that modernize and sustain the National Airspace System (NAS) to advance NAS programs from concept to operation while providing technical support for air traffic control automation and decision support systems. The SWIM PO is at the forefront of revolutionizing air traffic management. As a dynamic and innovative team, the SWIM PO plays a pivotal role in advancing the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the efficiency, safety, and reliability of the NAS. This team is part of a collaborative environment where contributions will shape the future of air traffic management.

Develops and analyzes program requirements and plans, and recommends innovative solutions to streamline and improve processes consistent with Program Management Organization (PMO) program management policies, guidance, and initiatives; and interprets FAA and organizational policies, guidance, and initiatives. Applies expert
knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods and techniques; analytical and evaluative methods; and project management principles. Analyzes project cost, schedule and technical performance, and make recommendations to aid in decision-making, taking action, addressing variances, and allocating resources to deliver results using Earned Value Management (EVM) or other evaluative disciplines.

Uses knowledge of Acquisition Management System policies and processes, to leads the development of the overall acquisition strategy, business strategy for dual use technology, market strategy, and baseline performance measurements and establishes metrics comparing performance with the baseline. Applies knowledge of comparative analysis to use documented sources, calculations and tools to conduct comprehensive market research, develop and coordinate cost benefit and alternatives analyses. Uses automated tracking
systems such as the Corporate Work Plan, SPIRE, REGIS, DELPHI, PRISM and Oracle tools to track the program according to FAA policy for financial planning, budget development and execution. Uses quantitative and qualitative techniques such as earned value management to analyze financial information to deliver results and monitor contract performance, schedules and budgetary requirements. Ensures
vendor deliverables are tracked and meet expectations and invoices are paid in a timely way. Leads configuration boards or other forums to determine approved tasks for contractual actions.

Applies experience using advanced automated evaluative tools and financial systems, such as macros, pivot tables, advanced filtering, etc. to create graphics and charts for inclusion in presentations to senior officials. Leads teams responsible for planning, monitoring, and conducting complex special projects, studies and initiatives. Analyzes problems, identifies significant factors, gathers and interprets pertinent data, and applies established rules and procedures in order to develop and recommend effective solutions. Ensures the development of knowledge bases for future use by PMO programs and teams.
