**Fire Alarm Inspector Job Description**

Lamarco Systems, Inc is looking to hire an experienced Fire Alarm Inspector responsible for conducting routine inspections, testing, service, and preventative maintenance of fire alarm systems and produce reports. Our customers range from small businesses to large residential and industrial complexes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide inspection, testing, and service for fire alarm equipment to comply with NFPA72 standards as well as state and local municipality codes
- Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safely rules and procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of all tests performed and generate reports
- Manage online report submittal portals
- Complete required documentation including deficiency repair recommendations
- Discuss noted deficiencies, remedies, and follow up with customers on corrective actions
- Provide instructions to customers regarding proper operations and routine inspections
- Perform minor service and deficiency repairs on fire alarm system
- Complete service job documentation before leaving the customer’s site
- Operate company vehicle and equipment in a safe matter

**Experience/Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years experience performing inspections, testing and/or maintenance of fire alarm systems
- NICET Level I required (level II highly preferred)
- Qualify for a PERC card from the State of Illinois
- Valid Driver’s License
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service skills

**Job Type/Schedule**:
Full-Time (40 h/week, M-F) with overtime opportunities

Pay: From $1.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
