**Role Description**

We are looking for an instructor for Management Principles and/or Human Resources Management which will be taught over six weeks June 1 through July 12.

CLASSES WILL BE TAUGHT IN A CLASSROOM SETTING AT NORTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY IN BOSTON FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING A STUDY TRIP.

This is a temporary on-site role as a Management Principles and/or Human Resources Management Instructor **in Boston.** The Instructor will be responsible for teaching management principles and techniques, developing curriculum, and designing instructional materials. The Instructor will also be responsible for training and providing guidance to students, facilitating hands-on projects, and evaluating student performance.

- Expertise in Business Management/Human Resources
- Experience in curriculum development and teaching
- Familiarity with training methodologies and techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the field
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources or related field

Pay: $200.00 - $265.00 per week
