**ABOUT US**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule meetings.
- Receive bid proposals where needed, and record accordingly.
- Monitor contract renewals and send out QAC and contract renewal letters accordingly.
- Assist with preparation of procurement reports.
- Record bid openings, as needed.
- Submit contracts for OGC review, and monitors changes.
- Track BOT-approved contract spend, based on input from procurement staff.
- Track project-related purchases, based on input from procurement staff.
- May process requisitions/issue purchase orders in Workday. (_training will be provided_).

**Qualification Requirements**:

- Experience working in office environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Efficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
- Experience working as part of a team.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Follows through on all assigned tasks.

**Work Hours**:
**8:30am—5:00pm, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
