Onward Counseling Center, a growing private practice in Grayslake, IL, is seeking a fully **licensed psychotherapist** (LCPC, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist) to join our team. This **contract position (1099)** offers the flexibility to build your own schedule, with a **minimum of 20 hours weekly** spent providing individual therapy to clients either in-person or virtually.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with adult clients presenting with a variety of concerns.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, if necessary, to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain a professional and ethical demeanor, adhering to all relevant regulations and best practices.

**Qualifications**
- Master's degree or doctorate in counseling, psychology, or a related field.
- Active and valid state license to practice as a therapist in Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist).
- Minimum of two years of experience providing individual therapy to adults in a clinical setting.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.
- Be located within a comfortable commute distance to Grayslake, IL.
