Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately processing and recording invoices, maintaining vendor files, and ensuring timely payments. This is a vital role within our organization, as it directly impacts our financial operations.

**Duties**:

- Process and code invoices accurately and efficiently
- Verify invoice accuracy, including matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents
- Prepare and perform weekly check runs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor files
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any payment-related inquiries or issues
- Assist with data entry and analysis as needed

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using accounting software such as Netsuite or similar systems
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Familiarity with UltiPro or other payroll management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies or trends
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
