**Job Title: Human Resources Specialist II**

**Job Summary**:

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Inputting required data into DIA's Human Resources Management System and the CPC SharePoint scheduler
- Provide support services to the Office of Human Resources (OHR)'s programs and projects
- Collecting and reviewing of OHR documentation for CPC scheduling
- Filing electronic files into shared folders
- Managing of shared inboxes on UNCLASSIFIED Systems
- Providing weekly CPC onboarding performance metrics reports
- Maintaining standard operating procedures for CPC pre-employment processes
- Developing training documentation for OHR systems and/or SOPs
- Coordinating/scheduling with OSG Drug Testing Program for civilian applicants
- Providing travel support, to include Defense Travel System (DTS) authorizations, vouchers, invitational travel orders, temporary duty arrangements, and processing of travel related requests/services

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Associate's Degree in Business or Science
- A combination of education and experience may be substituted for a degree
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- TS/SCI clearance with a CI poly
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a dynamic work environment

**Work Setting and Environment**:

- Monday - Friday, normal working hours
- Work is to be performed at DIA facilities at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling in Washington, DC
