- **This position is an onsite role based out of our Richmond, VA Office**_

About you

You are a detail-oriented individual who thrives on managing deadlines and accurately performing your work. You bring expertise and understanding of commercial leases including extensive exposure to office and industrial portfolios. You understand that your contributions extend to the larger team and you take pride in the quality of work that you produce.
- In this role, you will..-
- Serve as the key point-of-contact for all Lease Administration service and delivery for accounts.-
- Abstract all commercial lease documents (new leases, renewals, amendments, and subleases) into database and Excel.-
- Assist in the review of the tenant rent, CAM, operating expense, tax, or insurance reimbursement reconciliation as required. Review, as well as prepare Consumer Price Index adjustments as provided for in commercial leases.-
- Perform limited monthly invoicing for select accounts. Track duties performed by external vendors for translation or abstracting and invoice accordingly.- What you'll bring- 1 -2 years of experience reading leases, abstracting leases in a third-party environment.-
- Strong attention to detail.-
- Exceptional time management skills.-
