**Position Title: Air Export Specialist**

**Location: New York**

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional Customer Service skills (verbal and written)
- Detail oriented, Self-motivated, Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, other regional branches and offices, and all external contacts
- Good organizational skills and ability to learn and retain information to build core industry related skills.
- Must know how to use and organize Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

**Responsibilities**:

- To operate all jobs under the proper & timely manner.
- Maintain services toward customer's satisfactions & excellency through good

communication & coordination with customer/carriers & affiliated business

suppliers/partners
- Handle & co-ordinate Air Export shipment internally & externally with

customers, Dimerco offices/agent to ensure the shipment executed smoothly in daily basis Sending of pre-alert to overseas agents
- Monitor & handle AE Custom declarations
- Follow-up & update shipment information related to AE & Brokerage Other assignments may be directed by the Management

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
