Import/export/freight Coordinator

Responsibilities
- Mainly support both Air/Ocean in Import/Export & Warehouse departments.
- Makes bookings with the carriers and submit all required paperwork for customs clearance.
- Arranges for pick-up/transfer of cargo in a timely manner.
- General office duty including data entries, billing and document preparation.
- Consistently communicates with all parties with shipment status updates.
- Provides accurate rates to agents and clients.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 1 year of freight forwarding / logistics field experience is required.
- Must have a high school diploma, an Associate degree or higher is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Must be a team player and also be able to work independently.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.
- Prior use of Cargowise is a plus.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
