1. Maintains regular job attendance and adherence to working hours; ensure compliance of crew to same.

2. Operates a motor vehicle safely and legally.

3. Monitor daily processes, procedures and systems relating to all work to be performed.

5. Ensure availability, purchase and delivery of necessary parts and materials at job sites.

6. Review plans and make recommendations on repairs/improvements to any previous or ongoing project for both customers and prospects.

7. Research, study and comprehend all job site materials and tools of the trade; follow manufacturer’s product compliance guidelines and installation instructions.

8. Respond to various questions, resolve problems and provide technical assistance to crews that arise at the work site involving work tasks and our customers.

9. Maintain courtesy, respect and act in a professional manner with all contacts including customers, prospects and subcontractors; ensure compliance of crew to same.

10. Complete reports related to work activities; collect pictures of all work with the provided system & device and maintain related records in both manual and electronic format as applicable.

11. Maintain equipment and tools as well as the safe operation of such; ensure compliance of crew to same.

12. Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly manner and free of any safety hazards at all times, including all vehicles, office facilities and equipment; ensure compliance of crew to same.

13. Perform monthly inventory of equipment, tools and materials; accountable for inventory discrepancies.

14. Develop and sustain positive, cooperative, team oriented working relationships with supervisor, co-workers and ancillary staff; Assist in motivating and retaining current employees as well as attracting and recruitment of future employees.

15. Maintain proficiency by attending training and meetings for continuing education.

16. Assist Account Manager and Office Manager in identifying and developing short and long-term goals through strategic planning; in identifying new opportunities to generate unforeseen revenues.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
1. Equivalent of a high school diploma.

3. Two years of Crew Chief or Lead work experience.

4. Two years of Customer Service experience.

5. Five years experience with pulling/towing equipment trailers.

Licenses & Certificates:
1. Current CPR/First Aid, or obtain within 6 months of hire.

2. Must possess and maintain a valid Drivers License.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
