**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- **Supervise Staff**: Manage and lead the front of house team, including food runners/cashiers, and bartenders.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure high-quality customer service standards are met and address any customer concerns or complaints.
- **Training**: Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and service standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient front of house operations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen staff and back of house team to ensure seamless communication and service flow.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant technology.
- Previous experience in kitchen management is a plus.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
