Description:
**GENERAL DESCRIPTION**:
Assists Diamond Antenna and Diamond Antenna Sales department with quotes, contracts, RFP/RFI responses, maintains customer files and assists in front desk responsibilities.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:

- include the following (other duties may be assigned):

- Preparing and sending quotes, sales orders, and sales order confirmations.
- Preparing new quotes and job folders.
- Input sales order information into ERP system, process paperwork accordingly.
- Answering and directing telephone calls and conveying messages.
- Preparing documentation for international shipments.
- Responsible for understanding and following Export Compliance.
- Sending sales order confirmations after internal order review sign off.
- Greeting and signing in visitors entering the building and following security protocols.
- Responsible for understanding and following ISO procedures/requirements.
- Completing any additional tasks of an administrative / supportive nature as necessary.
- Order office supplies.
- General administrative duties for all managers.
- May assist in booking travel arrangements for employees and customers.
- Trade Show coordination.
- Support sales manager in maintaining the sales forecast.
- Support marketing/press releases/website updates as needed.

**Requirements**:
**EDUCATION**:

- High School diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Minimum 3-5 years in a sales support position preferably in a manufacturing environment.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:

- Honest, reliable and hardworking
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of ERP systems & CRM
- Team player
- Excellent phone skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Learns quickly
- Proactive and willing to take responsibility
- Good typing skills
- Flexible, adaptable and able to communicate within the department.
- Positive Attitude.

**TRAINING REQUIREMENTS**:

- General Safety
- Quality Management System Awareness
- Computer Software Updates

**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:

- Light physical effort required.
- Job may be performed sitting and/or standing and some bending.
- This is a full-time on-site position
