- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our home health agency, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff, caregivers, and administrative personnel.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Conduct regular assessments of patient care plans and ensure that care is delivered according to established standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, provide feedback, and facilitate professional development opportunities..
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and excellence in patient care.

**Qualifications**:

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in home health care, with demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of home health regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate care and advocating for the needs of clients
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $31.00 - $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
