Litigation Paralegal

Paralegal Position
$75-95k annually DOE
Onsite at Costa Mesa Office
8:30AM to 5:30PM

5+ Years Experience
Experience with Landlord/Tenant Litigation is highly Preferred
Experience with transactional Corporate and Real Estate is also Preferred

The Paralegal will be working with several partners, so the ability to handle different personalities

Working with 1 litigation partner primarily 4 transactional partners on a lesser basis 3 of those partners are real estate and corporate transaction attorneys 1 is corporate estate planning.

The transactional partners do not offload a lot of work usually. Mostly form leases corporate filings and searches

We do need someone that has litigation experience as well. Law and motion, unlawful detainer (preferred), calendaring, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
