**The Opportunity**:
As a strategy consultant, you’re passionate about helping organizations understand and reach their goals. You find fulfillment in that “ah-ha” moment when your client realizes you just showed them how to transform their organization. We’re looking for a business transformation consultant like you who can identify an organization’s long-term goals and explain how to achieve them.
This is an opportunity to have an impact that will transform the firm. As a member of the Corporate Strategy and Transformation team, you’ll lead interactions with all levels within the firm to plan and implement the capabilities and enabling tools required to meet business needs. You'll develop recommendations and solutions, bridging the gap between the firm’s high-level vision, strategy, and capabilities and the people, process, and technical solutions, and consider the identified constraints and existing technology. You'll present recommendations to the internal team and internal client, clearly articulating the solution concept and how it supports the business strategy and provide techniques for implementation. You'll participate in a collaborative team environment in dynamic and changing project environments. As a business transformation consultant, you’ll identify and anticipate future needs as you create their way forward.
You will support transformational cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives, as well as develop perspectives on areas of stakeholder impact and where change management is required. You will also drive progress and content development for large, complex initiatives. You'll develop pragmatic strategic approaches and implementation plans, take full accountability for successful project delivery and demonstrated business impact, formulate recommendations and solutions on a range of topics pertinent to projects through primary and secondary research and analysis, and work independently to support multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.

**You Have**:
- 4+ years of experience in business roles in corporate strategy, transformation, or strategy consulting with government or commercial clients
- Experience supporting the design and implementation of large-scale organizational or technology transformations, including serving in lead roles and execution and content-driven roles
- Experience integrating programs and developing and managing overarching program and project plans in Smartsheet
- Experience with strategic frameworks and methodology development, financial and cost modeling, organizational design and assessment, performance management, and organizational change management
- Ability to work effectively across the organization, leverage matrixed teams, build coalitions to realize shared objectives, build relationships, and partner with individuals at all levels
- Ability to assess an organization from a people, process, technology, and infrastructure perspective
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities simultaneously
- Ability to prepare and deliver effective communications both written, including in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word, and verbally, including insights, solutions, recommendations, progress, and status
- Ability to display a proven track record of success in ambiguous, dynamic, and complex environments
- Bachelor's degree
