**SUMMARY DESCRIPTION**:
The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for all CAO customers. The Intake Specialist is responsible for greeting CAO customers and providing best-in-class customer service at all times. The Intake specialist will ensure that all customers are fully supported from the first time they interact with a CAO office through the referral and interview process with a prospective employer. The position will be proactive in alerting management and/or account managers to any bottle necks in the intake process. They will take full ownership of the reception area. Along with the customer services responsibilities, the Intake staff will be responsible for data entry, and client follow up. Provide rotational Intake coverage between NY satellite offices.

**RESPONSIBILITIES (to include but not limited to)**:

- Lead Orientations daily.
- Occasionally serve as ambassador at job fairs and other external events.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports from Salesforce to Performance Director.
- Provide coverage at LGACC, NYCC and RCC for vacation and event support

**Other**
- Work may involve contact with or handling of sensitive and confidential issues related to job seekers. Discretion is required at all times.
- Attends staff training and meetings as required.
- Supports other staff as required.
- Provides Program Manager and Executive Director with regular progress reports and updates of all projects.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Associate’s Degree
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Superior Communications skills in writing and orally
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Critical and creative thinking skills

Pay: $41,497.00 per year
