**Position: Human Resources Manager**

**Summary**:The HR manager plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing human resources activities to support the organization's smooth operation. This position involves close collaboration with various departments, ensuring adherence to HR policies and practices while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- **Strategic Alignment**: Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational objectives.
- **Payroll Oversight**: Review and ensure accurate payroll processing, addressing discrepancies.
- **Termination Process**: Oversee employee departures, conduct exit interviews, and ensure compliance.
- **Employee Relations**: Address inquiries, resolve conflicts, and monitor employee morale.
- **Managerial Leadership Development**: Design leadership programs and facilitate workshops.
- **Documentation and Compliance**: Maintain records, assist with policy implementation, ensure legal compliance.
- **Performance Management**: Support performance reviews, goal-setting, and training.
- **Benefits Administration**: Assist with benefit enrollment and wellness programs.
- **HR Systems and Reporting**: Maintain HR databases, generate reports for insights.
- **Coordination and Communication**: Collaborate across departments and communicate HR updates.
- **Policy Adherence**: Uphold HR policies and ethical standards in all interactions and decisions.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field is obligatory.
- A minimum of five years' experience in human resource management.
- Attainment of SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and a strong work ethic are essential

**Qualifications**
- Superb verbal and written communication skills.
- Profound understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Human Resources core skills such as Human Capital Management, FMLA, Employment & Labor Law, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Orientation, Employee Evaluation, Project Management, Human Resources Management, and Talent Management
- Experience with HR software.
- Prior experience in conducting interviews and evaluating employees.
- Experience with leadership training.
- Healthcare benefits administration.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
