**Job Title**:Director, People Recruitment & Operations

**Salary**: $75,000 - $85,000

**Location**: flexible

**Job Overview**:The Director, People Recruitment & Operations is a pivotal role in our nonprofit workforce development organization, responsible for shaping and implementing talent Recruitment strategies and operations. This role ensures an exceptional journey for our employees, from recruitment to retention, and aligns talent operations with our broader people strategy. The Director will play a critical role in achieving our 2024 goals by closely collaborating with leadership on key initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Talent Recruitment and Management**:

- Lead high-impact recruitment projects, with a focus on senior leadership hires and strategic role fulfillment.
- Continually develop and refine recruitment strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure operational efficiency, legal compliance, and alignment with industry best practices.

**Process Improvement and Technology Implementation**:

- Lead process improvement initiatives and oversee the implementation of recruitment technologies such as Greenhouse and HiBob to enhance the recruitment lifecycle.
- Facilitate the implementation of system enhancements, ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery and high adoption rates.

**Strategic Partnership and Leadership Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the VP, People, and other senior leaders to align talent operations with overarching business goals and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to optimize workload distribution, enabling a greater focus on budget metrics and people development.
- Proactively address escalations, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively to maintain trust and satisfaction.

**Onboarding and Engagement**:

- Drive the achievement of an 85% success rate in new hire onboarding within the first 90 days by the end of Q4 2024, fostering an inclusive and equitable environment for new hires.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience in talent operations, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic nonprofit environment.
- Expertise in leveraging leading recruitment technologies to streamline talent Recruitment processes.
- Strong background in project management and strategic operations planning.
- Proven ability to manage multiple senior-level recruitment efforts simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships across all levels of the organization.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Human Resources Management or Project Management.
