**Essential Functions**:

- Understand complex business problems and opportunities in the context of the reporting requirements and how these requirements align with overarching reporting strategy of the group.
- Work with Business Stakeholders to gather analyze, document and validate reporting needs.
- Work with Data Analysts to ensure that the appropriate data points are available and used.
- Translate reporting needs into defined requirements for the technical team.
- Ability to clearly communicate business concepts to the technical team and technical concepts to the Business Partners.
- Manage intake requests for existing projects while also managing the long term projects.
- Communicate accurate and timely project updates to relevant stakeholders and project boards.
- Maintain prioritized project backlog.

**Qualifications - External**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Finance or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Data scientist or Business Analyst in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle, project management methodologies and change management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated success with Agile and SCRUM.
- Experience working with Tableau is preferred.
- Experience working with retail banks is preferred
