**Description**

SAIC has a need for a **Counterintelligence (CI) Analyst** to serve as part of a growing Counterintelligence & Threat Management Team at SAIC.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review and analyze reporting and case files related to investigations and reporting.
- Produce analytical products for dissemination to SAIC personnel and management.
- Produce analytical products for dissemination external to SAIC
- Operate and monitor multiple information systems
- Conduct CI trends analysis relevant to SAIC operations
- Work in tandem with investigative and insider threat teams

**Qualifications**

**Required Education and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree, and minimum six (6) years experience
- Must be a graduate of a military, federal or equivalent, or analyst certifying course
- Must have Active Secret clearance
- US Citizenship Required
- Knowledge of CI and Insider Threat indicators
- Knowledge of HUMINT tradecraft and TTP’s
- Strong OSINT research skills
- Strong briefing and presentation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to defend analytical judgements with sound, logical, conclusions and adapt analytical judgements when presented with new information, evolving conditions, or unexpected developments
- Ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytical reports, documents, assessments, studies, and briefing materials in formats including Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) electronic/soft copy matrices, and/or web-enabled formats
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly in a concise and organized manner
- Working knowledge using complex analytical methodologies, such as structured analytical techniques or alternative approaches, to examine biases, assumptions, and theories to eliminate uncertainty, strengthen analytic arguments, and mitigate surprise
- Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from a broad range of sources
