We are seeking a highly skilled Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team at Leidos Holding. As a Counterintelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and investigating complex counterintelligence issues using a broad range of research methods and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of counterintelligence issues using customer-specific databases and research tools.
- Write clear and concise summaries, reports, and official correspondence on counterintelligence findings.
- Provide thorough and knowledgeable briefings on analysis to customer management.
- Identify and mitigate counterintelligence risks associated with operational activities, facilities, or technology use.
- Participate in counterintelligence reviews of operational cases and coordinate legal policy in an operational environment.
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in counterintelligence or a related field.
- TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
- Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and exercise sound judgment.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience identifying CI risks associated with operational activities, facilities, or technology use.
- Experience participating in counterintelligence reviews of operational cases.
- Experience coordinating legal policy in an operational environment.
- Understanding of customer's unique mission requirements.
