**ROUTE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE**

**Lechner Services,** a premier uniform and facility service provider, is seeking a **Route Service Representative** to service customer accounts. Route Service Representatives drive a truck and service customers weekly on their established route.

This is a fast-paced customer facing position, that has individuals driving a truck, delivering and picking up products and providing service to diverse and dynamic businesses. The representative will be responsible for building, meeting, and exceeding customer satisfaction while independently managing and growing their daily route.

Products may include uniforms, towels, mops, mats and restroom supplies. The representative will build rapport and provide unmatched customer service to all accounts. Which includes adding additional products and services while controlling inventories.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in route-based service
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- 3+ years in customer service
- 21 years of age or older
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license required
- Ability to obtain applicable DOT Medical Card

**Working Environment**
- Early start time - 5:00AM
- 4 day work week potential
- This is an indoor/outdoor position which may be exposed to varying hot and cold temperatures

**Physical Requirements**
- Must be able to lift, bend, squat, and reach repeatedly
- Must be able to routinely lift and maneuver 50 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. on an intermittent basis without assistance

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week

- Monday to Friday
- No nights

- Route Driving: 1 year (required)
