**Pay**:
This is a starting role at $28/hr plus commission/bonus for meeting various performance criteria.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless matchmaking process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our matchmaking services.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in matchmaking, recruiting, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, Microsoft Word, basic Excel.
- Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people find meaningful connections.
