Sales - Roofing

This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned sales person to come in and help us build and scale a high performing team, with a high ceiling for advancement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct thorough roof inspections and assessments to understand the scope of work required.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates to potential clients based on their roofing needs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of our roofing products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including homeowners, contractors, and property managers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Pay: $72,913.00 - $101,053.00 per year
