**Job Summary**:The Communications Associate will support the development and implementation of strategic communication initiatives that enhance the company's visibility, reputation, and engagement with various stakeholders. This role involves creating compelling content, managing digital and traditional communication channels, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Create engaging posts, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategies.
- **Public Relations**:

- Assist in drafting press releases, media pitches, and maintaining media contact lists.
- Coordinate media requests and support the organization of press conferences and other PR events.
- **Internal Communications**:

- Support the development and distribution of internal communications to ensure employees are informed and engaged.
- Assist in organizing internal events and initiatives that promote company culture.
- **Campaign Support**:

- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and communication campaigns.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather content and ensure alignment with overall company messaging.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts using analytics tools.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improving communication strategies based on data analysis.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the Communications Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain organized records of communications activities and materials.
