Contours is seeking a dynamic Manager to join our team as an integral leader in shaping the future direction of the business. You will be responsible for: overseeing daily operations, revenue goals, budgets, and growing & developing staff. The manager will directly supervise all employees and must be passionate for the success and future of the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for analyzing business performance and ensuring revenue, key performance indicators, and budgets are maintained.
- Maintain and manage high level of customer service ensuring that all salon/spa members are upholding the Contours standards for guest experience.
- Plan and execute service and retail promotions to drive revenue.
- Ability to recruit, onboard, train, develop, and maintain a great team.
- Run guest events and head new client acquisition.
- Coordinating and contributing to social media content.
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional leadership and ability to motivate and influence others through action.
- Results oriented leader with proven ability to exceed revenue goals.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills, able to multi task.
