**What Do We Do Here?**

Our Conroe Facility produces downhole products for drilling activities in North America. Our plant has high demand and is operating 24/7 to produce these products for our customers. To meet the demand for our products, we provide employees with an air-conditioned environment, highly organized and clean 300,000 SQ. ft. fabrication facility, new CNC Machines (Mazak, Mori Sieke, DMG Mori, Weiler, etc.), and a strong safety program designed to ensure our team goes home safe to their families after every shift.

**What’s the Job Like?**

**Job Requirements**:

- Coordinate shipments of products by all modes of transportation.
- Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy.
- Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
- Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
- Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, power tools, or postage meter.
- Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.
- Confer or correspond with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications.
- Deliver or route materials to departments using forklifts, overhead cranes, hand-trucks, conveyors, or sorting bins.
- Contact carrier representatives to make arrangements or to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials.
- Determine shipping methods, routes, or rates for materials to be shipped.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and accurate inventory transactions in support of providing service to both internal/external customers.
- Processes documentation for shipments (BOL’s) and coordinates with carriers for outbound shipment and pickup inquiries.
- Communicates with department supervisors, upper management, sales and operations departments.
- Maintains daily shipping log, books trucks/carriers and processes packing lists according to order specifications.
- Updates Warehouse Open Release Dashboard.
- Maintain NOV guidelines on safety, quality, and delivery.
- Clean work areas as necessary to maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards.
- All other reasonable tasks assigned with the goal of helping the team, operations, or the facility overall.

**Experience and Education**:

- High School diploma, minimum requirement
- Experience with hardfacing operations, a plus.

**Technical Skills**:

- Be able to follow engineering prints and specifications
- Know proper use and care of manufacturing equipment
- Be able to use computer as necessary to obtain specifications and prints

**Who’s Going to be Successful in this Job?**
- Ability to work 12 hours on your feet (with lunch and 2 breaks)
- 2+ years of experience in a machine shop/manufacturing facility is preferred
- Experience operating a forklift and other lifting and moving equipment
- Know proper use and care of manufacturing equipment
