**Salary: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour**

**Experience, Education, and Certifications**:

- Must have a valid driver's license and maintain a clean MVR.
- 5+ years of recent experience as a Working Concrete Foreman
- Seal Coating and Line Striping Experience Preferred

**Job Overview**:
The Foreman oversees timely job completion, managing and working with the crew, ensuring equipment and materials availability, and overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities also include placing and finishing concrete, reading blueprints, and operating equipment safely.

**Primary Responsibilities / Essential Functions**:
Essential functions may include the following tasks, knowledge, skills, and other characteristics. - Manage crew, ensure equipment maintenance, and coordinate project schedules.
- Demoing, pouring, and finishing of concrete, reading blueprints, and operating equipment safely.
- Ensure punctuality and proper clock-in/out procedures for project personnel.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and address any hazards promptly.
- Assist with forms setup, rebar installation, and site cleanup.
- Address any policy breaches regarding attendance or performance.

**Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge**:

- Proficient in safety protocols and equipment operation.
- Highly skilled in all aspects of concrete work.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and perform material calculations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Motivated, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality work.

**Skills and Continuing Education**:

- Learn the position's basic responsibilities within 30 days
- Continue your own education - Including, but not limited, to small equipment operations such as walk behind saw, skid steer, miniature compact loader, stump grinder, power trowel, laser levels, and compactors. Must maintain a comprehensive understanding of ADA guidelines and be able to read plans for proper form placement and setup.
