**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Answering telephone calls in a timely and professional manner during normal business hours
- Verifying patient insurance and scheduling patient appointments
- Greeting patients, checking patients in, and checking patients out
- Collecting co-pays, deductibles, and balances
- Scheduling surgeries
- Cross-training to assist with additional needs of the office

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Consistently demonstrates professionalism and ethical behavior
- Adept at multitasking and working in a team setting
- Ability to maintain a positive and warm attitude towards all patients
- Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) or ability to learn the use of EMR quickly
- Basic computer skills and minimum of 35 WPM typing

**Education**:

- High school / Associate degree, or equivalent

**Work Location**:

- One location in Irvine, CA

**Hours**
- Mondays to Fridays from 8 AM to 5 PM

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
