**Job Summary**:
**Are you a master of transformation, turning ordinary spaces into extraordinary settings? Do you have a flair for creativity and a passion for crafting bespoke designs that wow clients? If so, we’re looking for you Join our team as a Custom Event Decorator and bring your artistic vision to life in every event we create.**

**The role consists of building relationships with event planners, wedding venues, special event venues, and various other clients. Corresponding with vendors for sourcing materials. Managing wedding-theme related Etsy shop. Client support: creating custom quotes, drafting mockup layouts, providing client order updates, placing purchase orders from vendors, and fulfilling other miscellaneous tasks. This role is essential to the event decor community as our mission is to process high-quality orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.**

**Quotes & Proofs: Includes using CorelDraw (graphic software) to create a mockup of the personalization requested. Understanding the pricing structure and quoting with appropriate discounts if necessary. Contacting vendors to obtain pricing metrics.**

**Responsibilities (included but not limited to)**:

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique style, preferences, and event goals.
- Conceptualize and design custom décor themes tailored to each client’s vision and budget.
- Develop detailed design proposals, mood boards, and visual presentations to showcase creative concepts and inspire clients.
- Liaise with vendors, artisans, and craftsmen to commission or customize décor pieces according to design specifications.
- Coordinate logistics and oversee the setup and installation of event décor, ensuring flawless execution and timely completion.
- Provide on-site supervision and support during events to ensure that all décor elements are arranged and displayed as planned.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging design techniques, and new materials to continuously elevate the quality and innovation of our services.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Event Decorator, Floral Designer, Interior Designer, or similar role in the events or design industry.
- Exceptional creativity and a strong eye for detail, with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique, personalized designs.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to interpret client preferences and translate them into cohesive design concepts.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or CorelDraw is advantageous.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding client expectations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; eligible to work in the U.S.
