**JOB TITLE: Client Implementation Manager**:

**REPORTS TO**:Director, Professional Services

**LOCATION**: Houston
- This position requires a people-person who can communicate effectively with clients to understand their business processes and tailor implementations to their specific needs. This role reports to the Managing Director of Professional Services and will be a hybrid position located in Houston, Texas.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Attend internal team-level project meetings and provide updates for Director.**—**
- Maintain tollgate tracking for assigned client opportunities.**—**
- Attend delivery and setup meetings for assigned clients - in-person as required.**—**
- Attend sales and client calls and in-person meetings.**—**
- Coordinate process walkthroughs for assigned client opportunities and attend in-person as required.**—**
- Coordinate between internal AIS teams - act as interface for teams assigned to AIS client opportunities.**—**
- Follow-up on individual action items - reach out one-on-one for resolution of individual items.**—**
- Develop individual project updates and reports for review with Director prior to sharing with clients and prospects.**—**
- Develop pipeline report for assigned client opportunities.**LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS**

- Ability to develop reports for review with the Director before sharing with clients and prospects, ensuring accurate and timely project updates.**—**
- Strong follow-up skills to address individual action items, including reaching out one-on-one for resolution when necessary.**—**
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams & SharePoint).**EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, business, or related field OR**—**
- At least five years of related experience required.**LANGUAGE SKILLS**:**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**:**REASONING ABILITY**:
