Plumbing Technician

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team. As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay. Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local plumbing codes - Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems - Collaborate with clients to determine their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions - Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to plan plumbing installations - Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and HVAC technicians, to complete projects - Perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure proper functioning - Respond to emergency plumbing calls as needed - Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Skills: - Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their integration with plumbing systems - Proficiency in various plumbing techniques, including soldering, brazing, and pipefitting - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics - Experience in commercial driving for transporting equipment and materials to job sites - Strong carpentry skills for building necessary structures for plumbing installations - Knowledge of construction plumbing techniques for new builds and remodeling projects - Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair plumbing system components - Proficiency in blueprint reading to understand project requirements If you are a skilled Plumbing Technician looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth, we encourage you to apply. Pay: $27.84 - $30.30 per hour
