**POSITION TITLE**: Housekeeper/Lead Housekeeper

**DIRECT SUPERVISOR**: Venue Manager

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Ensure lobbies, function spaces, private suites, guest restrooms, conference rooms and any guest common areas are maintained with highest standards of cleanliness and ambiance at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the entire facility on a daily, weekly and deep cleaning schedule.
- Responsible for weekly cleaning of all employee bathrooms, administrative offices (vacuum floors and remove trash) break room, mirrors, entry ways, hallways, windows, etc.
- Detail/Deep cleaning as needed would include: wall trim, base boards, light fixtures, outlet covers, window ledges, staircases etc.
- Manage condition of cleaning equipment being used (Vacuum, washer & dryer, cleaning carts etc.)
- Knowledge of proper usage and storage of cleaning products
- Responsible for restocking and inventory of all cleaning supplies including chemicals, light bulbs etc.
- Ability to set up function rooms (per floor plan) as needed.
- Steaming/ironing linens
- Placing linens on the tables
- Polishing glassware/flatware
- Setting tables for events
- Ability to work independently during off peak hours
- Knowledge of emergency shut off procedure - sprinklers, electrical etc.
- Inform Manager of all maintenance issue or damages to facility
- Lead staff by setting the example, exhibiting highest of uniform and service standards, grace under pressure, positive attitude, and professional demeanor at all times

**POSITION EXPERIENCE**:
Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience

Pay: $25.00 per hour
