As an AI Analyst at Medical Group you will play a pivotal role in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) techniques to enhance various aspects of our healthcare services. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, developing predictive models, and implementing AI solutions to improve patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and business performance.

**A.** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:

- **Data Analysis and Interpretation**:

- Analyze complex healthcare datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to our business objectives.
- Develop methodologies for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dimensionality reduction to optimize model performance.
- **Model Development and Evaluation**:

- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and validation techniques, iterating on models to improve accuracy, scalability, and interpretability.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including data scientists, clinicians, IT professionals, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements, gather feedback, and iterate on AI solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, facilitating informed decision-making and project alignment.
- **Ethical and Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, privacy laws, and ethical guidelines in the development and deployment of AI solutions, safeguarding patient confidentiality and data integrity.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the field of AI and healthcare informatics, incorporating industry standards into our practices and processes.
- All other duties as directed by management.

**B.** **Education and/or Experience**:

- **Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, data science, statistics, or a related field.**:

- Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, and AI development, preferably in a healthcare or life sciences environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, along with experience with libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and pandas.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with healthcare data sources, terminologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) is a plus.
