We require:

- Knowledge of HR processes, laws, and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (OR equivalent experience)
- Experience in HR roles or related functions
