Cashier/food Runner

As a Cashier/Food Runner at Nifty Fifty’s Warminster, you will greet our guest at the registers/tables with a smile and warm welcome. You provide our guest with the true Nifty Fifty’s experience by making our customers feel like a guest in our home. You will work hard at providing outstanding customer service and making our valued customers feel like a part of our Nifty’s family.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Greet all customers as they arrive at the registers/tables
- Accommodate any special needs to guests (food allergies, requests, highchairs, boosters, etc.)
- Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food.
- Take customer orders by writing them down and entering orders into the POS system
- Serves customers their food and check back on the guest to make sure meal came out correctly
- Observes guests to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed
- Maintain a clean and organized area (condiments, napkins, comment cards, etc.)
- Presents guest check & table number to each customer and accept approved form of payment
- Makes correct change or completes the proper charge card procedure
- Thanks patrons and kindly invites them back for future dining.
- Clean tables and floors as needed
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects
- Other additional tasks management may need assistance with
