Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant/receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing and ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a healthcare setting and contribute to the well-being of our patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
- Collect patient information and update electronic medical records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/therapy area
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate patient flow and follow-up appointments
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in an administrative or customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Experience as a medical receptionist or front desk assistant is beneficial
- A passion for providing exceptional patient service

Please note that all positions at our chiropractic office are paid, including internship positions. We offer competitive compensation based on experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 30 per week
