Principal Associate, Project Management (Card) (Hybrid)

**Responsibilities**:

- Drive an understanding and adherence to the principles of data quality management including metadata, lineage, and business definitions
- Support the design, development, and management of project plans in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements..
- Exhibit outstanding relationship building and influencing skills to collaborate and effectively drive project / program efforts
- Have excellent communication skills which are essential for interacting with key stakeholders at all levels and job families across the company to manage, inform and influence outcomes
- Strong analytical and technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to change quickly
- A solid grasp of process management concepts and ability to work with various stakeholders
- Demonstrated that they can improve processes and deliver well managed and scalable solutions and intent resulting in flawless and sustainable execution
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization
- Strong analytical and technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to change quickly
- Proven ability to work autonomously, and experience working with data and automation tools
- The ability to be engage in Technology conversations and with a comfort level partnering with Tech in Agile delivery

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Military experience
- At least 2 years of project management experience
- At least 2 years of process management experience
- At least 1 year of analyzing data and reporting

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Process and Project Management
- 1+ years experience coding in Databricks, Snowflake, or SQL
- Six Sigma certification, PMP Certification, or relevant experience
