We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Office Assistant** to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative/clerical support to the Clinical/Administrative Teams. This includes the organization and maintenance of Case Records, preparation of client monthly reports, general clerical needs of various departments, such as typing, copying, filing, and correspondence.

This is a **part-time position** with opportunities for growth and development. The schedule is flexible (20-30 hours per week).

Reports to: _Program Operations Manager_

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Copy, file reports, and maintain all client records.
- Prepares and mails client monthly reports.
- Provides back-up to the Receptionist, as needed, including phone support, copying, food set-up.
- Provides general clerical support to the Clinical Manager and Clinical Team and Human Resources as assigned.
- Provides administrative/data entry/report production and analysis support for the Outcome Management program with responsibility for assuring database remains current with new, transfer, and discharge client demographics and timely entry of MPAI scores.
- Produces reports as requested by the Assistant Clinical Manager.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to problem-solve, follow directions, and complete work efficiently with mínimal supervision.
- Proven ability to work in an environment which requires the utmost in client and company confidentiality.

**LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS**:

- Valid Driver’s License
