Data Services Product Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Formulate a comprehensive data delivery strategy for both existing and forthcoming data products
- Collaborate with clients to meticulously gather and document requirements, ensuring the successful construction and deployment of solutions.
- Coordinate with Data Operations to establish and uphold procedures for data sourcing, quality control, and modeling.
- Integrate data delivery and implementation processes with customer support workflows to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with Development to architect and deploy data exports and APIs tailored to meet customer specifications.
- Engage closely with internal stakeholders to integrate data with other TGS products and software platforms.
- Engage closely with the business development, operations, and software development teams in an agile development environment.
- Embrace an agile, collaborative approach to nurture continuous improvement and incremental delivery.
- Develop and proficiently communicate business requirements to key internal stakeholders and software development resources.
Job Requirements (Education and Experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Geology or related field is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in the upstream energy industry.
- 3+ years’ experience implementing and ingesting oil & gas industry data into platforms.
- Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
- Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
- Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
- Experience with basic IT, database concept knowledge and software training is preferred.
