**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with attorneys, medical professionals, and clients to gather information for demand letters.
- Craft clear, concise, and persuasive demand letters that accurately convey the client's position and demands.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the claims made in demand letters.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all written materials, including spelling, grammar, and formatting.
- Review and proofread demand letters for clarity, coherence, and effectiveness.
- Work closely with internal teams to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Pre-Law, Pre-Med, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in writing, editing, or proofreading, with a focus on legal, medical, or similar content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, legal terminology, or experience in proofreading legal documents is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
