The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Americas HCLS Industry team is looking for an experienced Healthcare Payers Industry Leader to join our fast-paced team to work with our strategic partners to lead and execute AWS Healthcare Payers business with partners, and drive joint GTM strategy, and help Healthcare Payers customers solve their business problems.

As the Head of Healthcare Payers for Americas Industries team, you will be owning & managing the Healthcare Payers Partner business for Americas HCLS segment. Additional responsibilities include Healthcare Payers Industry partner pipeline management, contributing to the Healthcare Payers partner ecosystem strategy, managing strategic relationships with influential ISV/consulting firms/SIs, and driving C-level, marketing, field and channel relationships. You will possess the deep Healthcare Payers industry background and consulting/sales experience that enables you to engage at the CXO level with Insurance Industry customers and partners, and easily interact with partners, enterprise customers and sales/field reps.

You have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions, in complex situations. The position also requires a strong technical acumen, along with working knowledge of the Healthcare Payers consulting services landscape. Key job responsibilities
Be part of the AMER Industry Team to drive the overall global AWS Healthcare Payers partner strategy to our internal and external stakeholders including the AWS sales teams, partner sales, as well as media coverage and industry events.

Build C-level relationships with our top Healthcare Payers customers, and partners.

Execute go-to-market and routes-to-market plans that have clear and measurable ROI.

Represent the AWS HCLS partner strategy internally and externally including presenting at Executive Briefings and Conferences.

Prioritize AWS investment in partners who focus on HCLS, including leading startups, consulting companies, and established ISV/SaaS technology vendors.
