We are looking for a motivated individual to start a career within the Pest Control and Termite and the Wood Destroying Organisms industry. This is a full-time, entry-level position with immediate hiring and multiple growth opportunities. We offer competitive wages based on experience and work ethic.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform construction labor on homes, including but not limited to roofs, siding, trim, doors, decks and stairs. Some rough carpentry and finish carpentry.
- Work under houses and decks when necessary.
- Support and assist the crew lead on job sites as needed.
- Manage time effectively and stay productive throughout the shift.
- Clean job site at the end of the day.
- Clean and put away tools at the end of each shift.
**Requirements**:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Lift at least 40lbs in materials.
- Clean driving record.
- Hardworking, consistent, and detail-oriented.
- Punctuality is crucial - must be on time every day.
- Must have reliable transportation to the office each morning.
- Willingness to work weekends and overtime on occasion.
- Prior experience in construction is preferred but not required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
