Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the restaurant by providing excellent customer service, managing staff, and implementing effective operational strategies. If you have a passion for the food industry and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality
- Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations
- Train and mentor staff members on proper food preparation techniques and customer service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in POS systems and other restaurant management software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Culinary background or experience in the food industry is preferred
