- *Identify New Opportunities*: Conduct market research (feasibility study) to identify potential neighborhoods and communities for expansion. This would include MDU, SDU, MTU, Non-Gated HOA’s & Gated HOA’s. Evaluate demographic data, market trends, and growth potential.
- *Competitive Analysis*: Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape, including services offered, pricing strategies, and marketing tactics.
- *Strategic Planning:* Develop and implement strategic plans to expand our services into new neighborhoods. This includes sharing a recommended approach to internal review teams.
- *Relationship Building:* Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in potential neighborhoods, community leaders, and potential customers.
- *Reporting:* Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the progress of expansion efforts, competitive landscape, and market trends. *QUALIFICATIONS*
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Familiarity with MS Office/365 (especially Excel - analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Undergraduate (BSc) degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or relevant field; or comparable work experience
- Hybrid work from home as well as in territory; 75% travel required
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Bilingual, English - Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of OS Mac environment, a plus Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
