We are seeking a HR Business Partner that is detail oriented as well as a strategic thinker with skills to be point of contact for the organization. The individual in this role will drive the talent acquisition, benefit administration, HRIS systems and payroll functions for the organization.Description

This role will report directly to the Director of Talent & Human Resources at our Phoenix headquarters.

**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- Serves as an advocate to employees and Management regarding workplace issues.
- Counsels and guides Managers on talent acquisition process within the organization including managing workforce attraction, interviewing process, onboarding, and process improvement.
- With the Director Talent and Human Resources, conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations including detailed documentation.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Process actions within HRIS in a timely and accurate manner. Project lead for any HRIS implementations and ensuring the system is meeting the needs of the organization.
- Benefit administration including informing employees of the details of the company's benefit programs, resolve benefit-related issues, and respond to queries and requests in a timely manner, and collaborate with finance and ensure that employer contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Preparing and processing payroll for the organization.
- Provide support to employees and leadership within the departments as needed.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assists Director Talent and Human Resources with departmental projects/activities.
- Assist with and complete other tasks as assigned.

**EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent work experience
- Minimum five years’ experience performing HRPB duties.
- Minimum of 3 years recent experience in talent acquisition, benefit administration and payroll
- Demonstrated critical thinking and big picture perspective to resolve challenges.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, well organized, attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in using AI and ChatGPT to streamline HR processes.
- Demonstrate high sense of urgency in fulfilling responsibilities.
- Possess good judgement and ability to make timely and sound decisions.
- May need to travel out of state to MyLand locations.
- In depth knowledge with Gusto and UKG HRIS highly desirable
- Must have a valid Driver License and five-year clean driving record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Able to display verbal and written communication skills that meet the requirements of position.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
