Our client is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to improve the HR processes and initiatives to enhance overall business performance and capabilities. Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance by maintaining knowledge of federal and state regulations
  • Improve the HR processes and initiatives to enhance overall business performance and capabilities
  • Assist with recruiting training and development programs
  • Maintain all HR policies and assist in the interpretation
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and complaints
  • Establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation
  • Work closely with management and employees 
  • Counsel managers on employment issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of HR industry experience, preferably with a growing organization, in resolving complex employee relations issues through performance management
  • Spanish speaker 
  • 5+ years of knowledge in a broad range of HR functional areas
  • Knowledgeable of the functional areas of Human Resources
  • Extensive knowledge of California employment law
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM, or other HR certifications preferred

Work Model:

  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • On-Site
