Auto Insurance Sales Agent Up to 70% Commission

We are seeking an Insurance Agent/CSR to join our team You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to new and existing clients. **No prior insurance experience needed. **We will train you and also help you get licensed by the CA Department of Insurance.

As a new agent you will be paid weekly while training, after 2 weeks of training, new agents can realistically expect to earn at least $3,200 ($20 per hour minimum once licensed) and as much as $15,000 per month during your first several months. Earnings will go up as you gain knowledge and experience in your new auto insurance career. Experienced agents earn $50,000 - $130,000 at our agency. For experienced agents we offer commissions between 50-70% Broker Fee based on your sales

**Responsibilities**:

- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Track and identify areas of improvement
- Call backs and follow ups with existing clientele

Qualifications:

- No previous insurance
- Some experience with computers (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bi-lingual English and Spanish)
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to have a flexible schedule
- Reliable source of transportation
