**Federation of Organizations is seeking a Full-Time Associate Director to join the Non-Licensed Residential Services** **Team. The position is based out of Queens Village, NYC but requires traveling to Brentwood/Long Island**.

**REPORTS TO**:Director of Residential Services - Non-licensed Programs
**DEPARTMENT**:Residential Services

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Master’s Degree in Human Services, license preferred. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience and 5 years of experience in mental health. Knowledge of residential services, evidence based practices and co-occurring disorders. Fingerprinting, criminal record check, approval from NYS Office of Mental Health. Clean and valid driver’s license.

**JOB FUNCTION**:
Assist the Director of Residential Services Non-Licensed Programs to oversee, develop, evaluate and provide maximum efficiency throughout all Supportive Scattered-Site Housing Programs and Mobile Support Team Programs.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
